Is the Air You Breathe Killing You? Maybe Says WHO
What Are They Cooking?

According to reports online from time.com heart disease and stroke are brought on not just by bad diets, but also by air pollution. Seven million people have died in 2012 from air pollution, according to WHO (World Health Organization).

We have to know that we’ve been breathing in polluted air simply because of trucks and cars driving on the roads emitting gas into the air. If you lock the same truck or car inside of your garage with the engine running, within hours anyone inside asleep will fall out dead.

We have millions of these trucks and cars driving the streets. The same gas is being let into the air, and just because it goes into the atmosphere, we think it okay. The solutions to fixing air pollution from vehicles has been electric cars and solar powered cars. Nevertheless, the suggestion or fact remains that 80% of heart disease and stroke deaths were brought on by air pollution.

The air you’re breathing is very important and one of the ways that you can help yourself against this seemingly unhelpful case is to use essential oils. Essential oils a natural oil typically obtained by distillation and having the characteristic fragrance of the plant or other source from which it is extracted.

Essential oils are sometimes known as the original medicines of the world. Before advil, there was essential peppermint oil. These oils can be use topically, ingested, or by inhalation.

Oils to Offset Air Pollution

You should have in your house, defusing at least these three oils. Lemon oil, peppermint, and lavender to help clean the air of the toxins that seep from outside into your house. Lemon oil is known to clean toxins in the air and in your lungs as you breathe them in.

Lemon oil is antifungal, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, an immune stimulant, and a digestive help as well. Peppermint oil can calm an upset stomach, it can increase airflow to the lungs, and alleviate any allergies.

Pollution will continue to be a problem just like with your food and your own health you have to take measures to protect yourself and your family.

  2. Interesting article. Did not know that about the essential oils. Will have to start using them.
Another interesting “pollutant” is the chemtrails and chembombs they are putting out – when you see what looks like contrails (but they’re not contrails) and then the whole sky goes white. The list of chemicals falling on us everyday is shocking to say the least.
    Thanks for the info.
P.S. Love the slimy fda comment.

    1. Haha, yeah the “slimy fda” is one of my favorite phrases. The whole chemtrails is just terrible Danielle. We have to do our part to protect ourselves. Try essential oils at your health food store.
