If you can muster the strength to eat these foods regularly, you do well. So let’s look at some of these foods!

We can begin would red bell peppers. Red bell peppers are great because they are low in potassium, but are generously packed with vitamin A, C, B6, folic acid, and provides lots of fiber.

They also have antioxidants, which will protect against different types of cancer. Add red peppers to your salads to your tuna or chicken salad and enjoy them because they are very flavoring a bit more dinner regular green peppers.

The next food you can enjoy for the kidneys is cabbage. Cabbage is a great vegetable for a lot of different reasons and are good for the kidneys. Cabbage is the term I use to hear in my neighborhood for someones head. They’d say something like, “He got thrown on his cabbage.”

It took a while to be able to eat cabbage, but it is good because it’s also high in vitamins K and C, high in fiber and a good source of vitamin B6 and folic acid.

Cauliflower. Cauliflower brings lots of vitamin C to you, adding folate and fiber to your kidneys as well. In addition it contains compounds that helps your liver neutralize toxic substances. Hand claps for Mr. Cauliflower…

Do not forget garlic and onions, as both of these can be used as a flavoring for a cooked meals (lightly cooked of course), or you can eat them raw as part of a salad. Garlic is good for reducing inflammation and lowering cholesterol, and it also has antioxidant and anti-clotting properties.

Onion is full of flavonoids, particularly quercetin. Quercetin is a powerful antioxidant that is believed to help reduce heart disease and protect against many forms of cancer. May sting your breath after you eat, but using mouth rinse and brushing should chase it away.

Now we can get into some fruits that are very good for the kidneys. Most fruits add a little bit of something to all organs of the body, so you may see some of the same fruits that help other organs, such as apples.

An apple a day is a phrase so popular, yet some people still rarely eat them. Nevertheless, they will aid the kidneys very well. Apples help reduce cholesterol, prevent constipation, protect against heart disease.

If you notice, most of these foods are pretty high fiber, which is one of the real benefits helping, not only the kidneys but also the liver and you can find a lot of nutrients in these foods.

You may just blend them all up in a blender and have a nice drink everyday. Rounding this off we can use red grapes. Red grapes are very good for your heart but also act as an immune system protector. Red grapes are also anti-inflammatory.

It’s very easy to have all of these as snacks throughout the day. Eggs, primarily the whites of the eggs will be good for the kidneys and fish, as it helps lower inflammatory fats.

You can enjoy all this in a tasty fruit blend salad or like I said earlier blended in the machine and drink it down in the form of a juice or smoothie.
