The world ain’t fair or right. After you hear someone say they lost 40 pounds, normally or typically people are impressed and filled with admiration and inspiration to go after their hard-pressed goals. We normally feel great for a person that accomplishes a tough feat. However, when we find they used performance enhancers like Lance Armstrong, we get upset or discredit their accomplishment.

The same goes for things on smaller scales. Rosie O’Donnell loses 40 pounds via surgery and somehow the world sighs saying to themselves (and some out loud) SHE CHEATED! It’s not impressive to lose weight via surgery and the reason why is simple… it’s the lazy persons way to lose weight today.

Then poor Susie is inspired by someone like O’Donnell and she will go out to exercise and get herself back into shape, and does her best but cannot lose the weight.

Sure you gotta be tough to get yourself under the knife, but the reality is that with anesthetics you will be asleep through all of the heavy stuff. You’ll be on pain killers post surgery and can work your way back to health and nutrition. On top of all this, you can LIE and tell everyone you were at the gym in the WEE hours training to get back in shape and lose weight.

Then poor Susie is inspired by someone like O’Donnell and she will go out to exercise and get herself back into shape, and does her best but cannot lose the weight. Now she frowns upon herself and wallows into obesity not knowing that someone like O’Donnell took a shortcut to get to their new body.

I am not here to give Rosie O’Donnell a hard time (although it appears that way, sorry Rosie O’Donnell), I am just here to let it be known that there are better ways to lose weight without surgery.

Of course most people know this, but a lot of people dismiss it and go for the shortcut Hollywood look. Rosie O’Donnell finally admitted that she took extensive steps to improve her health, the 51-year-old talk-show hosts revealed that her weight loss surgery last year was necessary because of her heart condition.

She lost 40 pounds since having vertical gastric sleeve surgery in July 2013. She went down from 230 pounds 190 pounds as a result of the surgery. O’Donnell had 80% of her stomach remove leaving it in the shape of a banana. O’Donnell, like many people who have the operation, believed the surgery was necessary after suffering a heart attack in 2012.

She believes the surgery saved her life but also included she needs to develop a better lifestyle of habits including reducing red meat, reducing carbohydrates and sugar, and taking short walks on a daily basis.

O’Donnell should’ve contacted a true and pro weight loss specialist. She could have started on the weight loss packed (offered here) and utilized our signature diet regimen and within 90 days she would’ve lost a considerable amount of weight, and without the surgery*.

In addition, she would have also gotten rid of any other health conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and pre diabetic symptoms*. We hope that she continues to get better and uses natural health to overcome her health challenges and weight obstacles.

We love you Rosie O’Donnell!
